Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of purchase.
After this period, we are unable to process any requests.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
1. Unused and unopened
2. In its original condition
3. In its original, untampered packaging
4. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days.
Email us at info@omaricode.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo/video of the issue
3. A brief explanation
Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a similar product of equal value (subject to availability).

All returns should be delivered or shipped to:

Shipping Costs
1. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. If a refund is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
1. Opened or used products
2. Items with tampered or broken packaging
3. Sale or promotional items
